Chicken Meatballs Stuffed with Pistachio

 

Ingredients:

  • 75 g pistachio;
  • 130 g butter;
  • Salt and pepper;
  • 1 egg white;
  • Breadcrumb

 

Preparation:

  • In the blender mix pistachio and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In blender grind the chicken. Add egg white and season with salt and pepper. Again grind. Make round meatballs. Sprinkle with breadcrumb and squash them. In the middle, put a little mixture of pistachio. Cover the filling with the meat and shape the balls.
  • Roll the balls in a breadcrumb and fry them in a hot oil.
