For the past few years, many studies have shown that male fertility is declining. It’s bad news for those who want to have offspring, but there are several ways in which men can save and even increase it.
- Maintain normal weight:
Men who are too thin or overweight have received a number of spermatozoa, as well as slow sperm. Bring yourself to the average number of pounds if you want to increase your fertility.
- Reduce stress:
Stress affects the hormones that are important for the production of sperm. To relieve stress, men need to talk to their partners, exercise or deal with a hobby that relaxes them.
- Lubricants are not a good idea:
Lubricants are not a good idea, they slow sperm. Avoid them.
- Do not overdo it with alcohol:
Excessive amounts of alcohol reduce the number of sperm and the quality of sperm. If you start to drink moderately, or if you completely quit drinking, you will improve fertility.
- Be active, but do not overdo it:
Active life improves general health, and hence the health of reproductive organs. So do some sports or exercise at least three times a week for half an hour. But do not overdo it, it’s counterproductive.
- Leave the cigarettes:
Another reason to quit smoking: smokers had less sperm counts and less movement of the same.
The eggs contain numerous amino acids that stimulate the production of high quality seminal fluid. Boiled eggs are better than fried, because fried food loses a lot of nutrients in preparation. Whenever you can, eat some boiled egg.
- Eat healthy:
Antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables improve the overall health, and hence the health of sperm.
