One of the theories about the functioning of our body says that the cause of all health problems is the disturbed balance of the basic chemical processes in the body in which acids and bases are formed. In order to keep an eye on the basics of your organism, it is necessary to know the pH value of the food you consume. For example, you can neutralize the negative influence of beef, which causes acidity, if you eat a melon (pH value 7.0) the same day, which creates a strong base. The listed pH values refer to biologically produced foods, fresh produce and properly prepared foods. Note that by cooking and frozen, the pH value decreases by 0.5.

  • Fruit:
