Avocados are not only great on toast or in salads. With the avocado you can make more excellent desserts, and ice cream is one of them. Tasty, healthy and refreshing and you need a blender (or hand mixer) to prepare it.
- 2 large and ripe avocados;
- 240 ml. Milk (can also be used with 2% fat milk);
- 55 grams of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- And a little salt.
Peel the avocado and place it in the blender, then gradually add the milk, sugar, salt and finally the lemon juice. Place the mixture in ice cream molds and freeze at least 8 hours (preferably overnight). Serve it cold.
