Fresh Vegan Pizza – Mozzarella – Recipe

Be professional Italian pizza master and prepare the most delicious and healthiest pizza for you and your family.


  • 1 pizza dough (full grain);
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed;
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • 12 finely chopped leaves of cabbage;
  • 1 large, thin sliced, tomato;
  • 500 gr. grated mozzarella;
  • ¼ cup pine almonds.


Preheat the oven to 180ºS Celsius. In a large pan, Heat the garlic and the olive oil on medium heat. Cook them up for two minutes. Add cabbage, garlic and tomatoes to the pan. Cook these ingredients for 15 minutes or until the cabbage soften. All ingredients should be mixed well. Then, take the dough and spread it on the table. On it put grated mozzarella, then add mixed ingredients. Sprinkle on top with a little pine nut. Moisten the side with sesame oil. Place the pizza in the baking dish in the oven to bake. Bake 20 minutes or until it becomes crispy.
