The distinctive exotic aroma of cinnamon acts like a magnet and magically attracting fans around itself. But besides cinnamon charm with its sweet smell and strong taste, it has historically been used as a natural remedy and protector of health. During the cold days consume a teaspoon of honey and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon dissolved in a glass of warm water to improve the protection of the body against viruses and bacteria.

There is a positive effect on constipation. Cinnamon is an excellent source of dietary fiber which helps with constipation, but in a syndrome of irritable bowel. It is believed that regular intake of small amounts of cinnamon has a positive influence in the creation of gases in the stomach.

The combination of honey-cinnamon is used for weight reduction. In the pot, mix a cup of water with one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon cinnamon. Hold the mixture to heat until it boils. Caution:

Cinnamon is not recommended to consume in large quantities. Avoid consuming more than 4 grams of cinnamon daily. Especially it should be careful people who have liver problems or kidney problems, unstable blood sugar levels, as well as pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding.
