People who eat enough fish or other seafood live longer and they also have a lower risk of many diseases that include heart disease, dementia and depression. Also, people who eat fish tend to have higher memory, decreasing the risk of forgetting things.
Tuna is high in proteins and low in calories and fat. Tuna is perfect for people who want to have more proteins in their diets and keeping it low with the calories.
Salmon has high amount of vitamin D, proteins and Omega-3fatty acids, also it’s very popular for her excellent taste.
Shrimp is a sea animal that has high amount of proteins and low amount of fat and calories. Nutrients of the shrimp include selenium and vitamin B12.
Sardines have the majority of the nutrients that human body requires. They are small oily fish containing vitamin D, B12, calcium, iron and magnesium.
Similar to salmon, trout is a very delicious oily fish containing calcium, magnesium, iron, but with majority of vitamin B12.
Shellfish are not very often on our menu and that’s a shame because their nutrient is similar to organ meat, containing calcium, magnesium and iron. Edible shellfish are calms, mollusks and oysters.
